Every person brings their own experiences, challenges, and hopes into therapy, which is why I believe both individual and couples counseling should be tailored to the unique needs of each person and relationship. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, creating a space where we can explore unhelpful patterns, develop healthier ways of coping and communicating, and work toward greater emotional well-being.
In individual therapy, I work with people navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences influencing your life while developing practical strategies that support your personal growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes that move you toward the person you want to become.
I have a deep passion for helping couples navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. With master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Counseling, I bring a professional understanding of individual and relationship dynamics to my work. My own experience of 20 years of marriage and raising two children also gives me a personal appreciation for the ways relationships evolve through different stages of life.
Most couples don’t come to therapy because they’ve stopped loving each other. They come because they no longer feel heard, understood, or connected. I help couples work through communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, intimacy challenges, and parenting stress, but you don’t have to be on the brink of divorce to benefit from couples counseling. Sometimes, you simply want to reconnect, understand each other better, and feel like a team again.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I invite you to reach out when you’re ready to take the next step.
