Paasi Family Therapy

You Don’t Have to Keep Feeling This Way.

Find understanding, healing, and a path forward with personalized therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and the thoughts that keep you feeling stuck.

Questions you may have…

Absolutely, but outcomes vary. Anxiety and depression can have many contributing factors, including past experiences, established beliefs, and even physiological imbalances. Understanding what’s contributing to your struggles is an important part of finding the right path forward. At PAASI, we take the time to understand your unique circumstances and guide you toward healing and lasting change.

Where there is a willingness to grow, there is hope. Relationships can heal when both partners are willing to understand one another, work through challenges, and rebuild trust. Forgiveness may be part of that journey, even if you’re not ready for it today. At PAASI, we help couples explore what’s possible, find a path toward healing, and determine how to move forward together. You do not have to walk away to heal.

The truth is, trauma therapy isn’t always easy, but healing doesn’t have to mean reliving every painful experience. At PAASI, we prioritize your emotional safety and work at a pace that respects your needs and comfort level. We offer several evidence-based approaches to trauma treatment, allowing us to tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
